Found generac transfer switch has failed not allowing power to unit. Recommend someone who works on generators to take a look at it. Mounted Honeywell thermostat all that's left is programming. If need additional support after system is powered back up call for assistance.

PAYNE/GOODMAN HEAT PUMPS - Found burned fuse on unit probably from r and c touching at thermostat clipped and stripped wiring to tstat and replaced fuse cycled system to check operation customer would like to be called to schedule tune ups on the system.

MITSUBISHI MINISPLIT - Found system off on outdoor breaker trip reset breaker and cycled system to check operation. Everything runs normally. Performed tune up service on system cleaning indoor and outdoor coils and drains. Everything looks and runs great!
