Furnace: CO 33 ppm, O2 13%. Burners clean. Firing correctly. No water in inducer. Brushed out drain trap. Changed filter. Inspected coil and blower wheel. No signs of over amping from inducer or blower motor. System is functioning normally. Upstairs HP: Delta T of 20F. Tested heat kit. Suction line temp 148F with an outdoor ambient of 60F. Filter changed. Blower clean. Heat kit functional. Outdoor capacitor is good. No signs of rust or damage on EVAP or condenser. Brushed out drain line. No signs of water in auxiliary pan. System is functioning normally.

Delta T of 20 at upstairs unit and 18 in basement unit. Changed both filters. Checked pressures, caps, temps, and amps. Blowers clean. EVAP coils clean. Treated condenser coils with coil cleaner. Closed seasonal damper for humidifier. Systems are functioning normally.
