Tested power at outlet and voltage with zero. Looked around the house for a GFI that might be tripped, didn't find any GFIs but customer and I found that outdoor outlets did not have power. It's a possibility that the outlet is tied in on that circuit. Recommend customer calls an electrician to find out why they are missing voltage.

Performed cooling tune up on heat pump system checking all electrical, refrigerant balance, cleaning of indoor and outdoor coils and flushing and treatment of drain lines. Changed filter today 8/22/23. Did not identify a single source for the cause of smell coming from crawlspace. Believe could be caused by soil gas build up underneath the crawlspace wrap. Would recommend soil gas remediation to help alleviate the smell.
