Performed cooling tune up on system cleaning all components, treating and flushing drain line, cycling system to check operation including electrical, refrigerant balance, start up, operation, shutdown. Ran system in both heat and cooling. Everything looks and runs great! No recommended changes at this time.
System condensate pump outlet failed probably in recent power outage and must be replaced will return with outlet so condensate pump doesn't have to be on an extension cord
Replacement of Evaporator Coil under Manufacturer's Warranty Parts Warranty. Includes Warranty Processing. Manufacturer's Shipping and Handling are a separate line item.
Remove and replace 6’ of trunk duct to the left side of air handler with 10” x 20” metal duct and transition into existing duct. Fabricate and install a 6” x 14” duct to go into addition where we will add (2) ducts. One to supply the addition and 1 that will be capped off for future use. Vent the new 390 cfm kitchen exhaust hood. The roof termination will be installed by others. September 8th Added bigger trunk line section. Connected new duct to section. Hung and connected stove vent
Tested power at outlet and voltage with zero. Looked around the house for a GFI that might be tripped, didn't find any GFIs but customer and I found that outdoor outlets did not have power. It's a possibility that the outlet is tied in on that circuit. Recommend customer calls an electrician to find out why they are missing voltage.
Tstat is no nonresponsive. Jumped wires at tstat system started no issues. Need to replace tstat on upstairs system Replace programmed and tested new tstat
Swapped out heat kit and breaker in panel. Tested heat kit using damper board. System running normally.
Adjusted refrigerant balance from yesterday's condenser coil install. Indoor temperature was high during charging which skewed refrigerant charge parameters. Added 2.5 lbs r410a cycling to check operation. System now has a 20.5°F temperature differential and is cycling normally.
Replacement of condenser coil under warranty after replaced coil and did triple evacuation charged system to manufacturers specs and cycled system to check operation. Everything running within manufacturer's specifications.
Performed cooling tune up on heat pump system checking all electrical, refrigerant balance, cleaning of indoor and outdoor coils and flushing and treatment of drain lines. Changed filter today 8/22/23. Did not identify a single source for the cause of smell coming from crawlspace. Believe could be caused by soil gas build up underneath the crawlspace wrap. Would recommend soil gas remediation to help alleviate the smell.
Found system communications wire connection had failed. Repaired connection and everything had come on normally. System cycles on and off normally no additional repairs needed at this time.
Performed ultimate cooling tune ups checking all electrical components, refrigerant balance, start up, operation, shut down. Cleaned indoor and outdoor coils. Treated drain lines and flushed with a light cleaner. Everything looks and runs great!
Added 1.5 lbs r410a and performed a leak search checking indoor and outdoor coils and lineset inbetween the two units. Checked every fitting and penetration on unit for leaks. Did not return any results with electronic leak detector. Performed a second sweep to verify results. Checked system operation after leak check to verify system is cooling correctly. Adjusted refrigerant balancing to align with manufacturers specifications.
Performed tune up on heat pump system checking all electrical components, refrigerant balance, cleaning of indoor and outdoor coils amd drains. Checking start up, operation, and shut down of system. Everything looks and runs great! No recommended changes at this time.

Found compressor drawing locked rotor amps. Will need replacement. Has 3/4x 3/8. Line set. Unit is 15-1/2" wide. R-22 1-1/2 ton system.

Performed Ac cooling tune up checking electrical, refrigerant balance, unit start up operation shut down. Cleaning of indoor and outdoor coils and drains.
Charged system with 3 lbs 5 oz of 410a. System had a 20 degree delta after charge.
Found t Stat sub base making a convex shape not allowing Stat to sit correctly against the wall. Reset t Stat sub base and cycled system to check thermostat operation
GOODMAN AIR CONDITIONER - Found capacitor flat replaced capacitor and cycled unit to check operation Found unit condenser fan motor has open windings on common causing fan not to come on, found condenser fan blade fused to motor shaft. Replaced condenser fan motor, fan blade, and capacitor and cycled to check operation. Everything running within manufacturer's specifications.
Found generator add on for unit not allowing sustenance to have power noise generator recommend electrician repair generator connection
Found system low on r410a refrigerant added 3.5 lbs of refrigerant and cycled to check unit operation
Replaced t Stat with white Rodgers programmable t Stat and cycled system to check operation. Also wants a quote to duct in dehumidifier to main system.
