Found that the wire on the coil temperature sensor for defrost was shorting to the outdoor unit when system went into defrost. Put electrical tape on wire and tested system operation. System is now working properly.

Used paint brush and wire brush to carefully remove clumps of dust from the EVAP coil. Filter has been changed. Tested pan float switch. No signs of over amping, refrigerant loss, or drain clogs. 2 spring tuneups. No issues found everything is running well..Dripping sound Mitsubishi unit is transmitted through all the drain pipes from the main air handler once the drain trap on the air handler has water in it you know longer hear the dripping sound.
