Furnish materials and labor to replace thermostat with Prestige, bypass Furnace communicating controls. Set up wifi with switch and redlink. Warranty replacement of furnace burners. Found furnace intermittently throwing an A13 error on light off causing system to go out on lockout. Removed and cleaned burners, adjusted gas pressure, checked temperature differential and cycled to check operation. System now lights consistently everytime and across all 5 burners. Believe system could benefit from a new set of burners next fall and a tune up after burner replacement to check the fire rate of the furnace. Will order burners for fall tune up. Set up wifi redlink gate way and app to thermostat. Ethernet splitter did not work to adapt to the router. Recommend router switch to make more available dedicated Ethernet ports. Will order router switch to follow up on complete install of gateway.

Found heat pump capacitor had failed again causing unit to lockout on thermal lockout. Replaced capacitor under warranty with a more robust and durable model to help prevent this issue again. Cycled system several times to check operation. Everything cycles normally again.

Replaced humidifier relay on unit 2 and cycled system to check operation. Found geothermal unit for unit 2 was overheated and causing unit to not heat entirely due to flat capacitor - replaced capacitor. Found unit 1 and guest house unit humidifier relays also failed - recommend replacement of humidifier relays - will order and schedule replacement.

Replaced T-10 thermostat with Honeywell T6 Wifi and programmed it for simple operation 1 heat/1 cool and programmed cool cloud to handle heating dual fuel operation of system and second stage gas furnace timed.

Replacement of unit 2 zone control board with similar hz432 zone control board with Comfort Club. Replaced zone control 7/28 and cycled everything to check operation. Everything runs normally again. Checked out wine cellar unit - got blower motor running on cellar unit but no cooling - recommend replacement of wine cellar unit or calling small appliance repair to diagnose further.

Upon arriving, checked all electrical connections on indoor and outdoor units, pulled all wires off, trimmed and rewired system. Discovered hidden in cool cloud app - 15,000Mb critical systems communications update. UPDATED SYSTEM. Called Goodman tech support to help diagnose system communications errors. Everything should cycle and run within manufacturers' specifications.

Found system had C1 communication error - could not communicate with outdoor unit - normal recommendation would be to reset unit and wait for it to come on.

Found 04 fault on outdoor unit causing unit not to cycle sometimes, Locked rotor fault caused by faulty capacitor that had gone flat between check ups. Replaced capacitor and cycled system to check operation - system started up normally at this time - no other recommended changes.

System froze up due to dirty filter 16x25x4 top tech filter - should be replaced - defrosted system and cycled to check operation - everything cycles normally at this time. Filter appeared to be only issue, will follow up with quote for maintenance agreement for both upstairs and downstairs systems.

Found system 2 hz432 zone control board not bringing equipment on on call for cooling - recommend replacement of zone control board - wired system to thermostat side of zone control to allow unit to cycle on and run. y1 (yellow) and y2 (black) from relays to thermostat 1 are for equipment, equipment wires are the low voltage wires in front of zone control board. Will call when zone control board comes in to schedule repair. Also interested in comfort club for 2 dual fuel geothermal systems and 1 Mitsubishi minisplit system.

Pump down refrigerant, replace OEM evaporator coil. Leak search repair connections. Evacuate system and refrigerant balance to OEM specifications. Evaporator coil is out of manufacturer's warranty (had a 1 year warranty.) We provide 1 year warranty on our repairs.

We have a “learning” HVAC system that can be quite complicated. The company we hired to install it tried to turn off its learning mode in order to make it easier to maintain. In doing so, they botched the install and created a maintenance nightmare. We switched to Comfort Central because they knew how our system was designed to operate and quickly corrected the installation problems. We credit Cameron with diagnosing the problem and making it operate efficiently. He’s one smart dude!

Found system displaying EE0 error code showing communication fault between furnace and other system components. Reset and reconfigured system through cool cloud app and cycled furnace and heat pump to check operation. Everything came on and operates normally again. Adjusted balance point of heat pump down to 35° from 40° made sure system switches between all three stages of heat and satisfies thermostat operation.
