Found blower capacitor had failed - replaced capacitor and cycled to check operation - system came on normally - recommend letting system thaw before returning to full operation - thermostat more left off - fan on.

All systems temperature differences are within range between 20° and 24°. Cleaned all the filter filters.and drains on air handlers. The two air handler filters must be replaced as they are pretty plugged. No issues found everything is working as designed

Found system fan relay stuck closed causing fan to run when no call for fan is present. Recommend replacement of air control board.

Found system is flat and outdoor coil is leaking on back side of coil opposite of the electrical panel will check on warranty and coil availability.

Replaced contactor and defrost board started and tested system. No other issues found.

Found system defrost board and contactor both in failure - recommend replacement of both defrost board and contactor. Replace the contactor the updated board has many more wire taps on it with no instructions on the upgrade. I went ahead and wired the orange and yellow from the thermostat to the contactor to give AC until we can replace the board properly

Found that our algae tablet did not dissolve and caused a clog in the drain line causing both drains to back up - removed clog from drain and all water from both drain pans - treated drain line with customer provided white vinegar - cycled unit and dehumidifier to check operation. Everything runs normally again!

Found system operating normally giving a 20° temperature differential between the supply and the return - removed blockage from outside drain which may have been causing a double trap and preventing water to flow out. No stored recent faults indicates system may have been affected by a power issue. Everything runs normally at this time.

Found dehumidifier set on and calling but not doing anything - reset dehumidifier and cycled to check operation - recommend replacement of dehumidifier board Aprilaire E080 Serial: 012022A70387 Replace dehumidifier control board started and tested. No other issues found today.

Check refrigerant and heating and cooling no issues with that. Checked capacitor found capacitor out of range 45+5 showing 42 tested amp draw of compressor and fan motor. After replacing, the capacitor went to start the system and the contactor started acting like it was trying to send Morse code. Checked incoming voltage was 26 V. Checked homes of contactor and it was showing 18 shutting off showing 18 shutting off coil on contactor is bad must be replaced. after replacing the contactor it’s still shattered. I ran a wire off of yellow to the contactor by bypassing the board and all the low-voltage safeties on the equipment. The contactor did not shatter. I hooked the low-voltage back up to the contactor remove the reversing valve plug contactor still chattered. Jumped out high and low pressure switch. Contactor still chattered. Changed the low-voltage wire from air handler to outdoor unit contactor still chattered. Tested air conditioning contactor did not chatter. For some reason, th

Found about a 7-10 psi difference in pressures between the last time I was here and this call indicating a leak in the refrigerant circuit. Because system is r-22 recommend replacement of system. Will call to set up estimate to replace system.

Replacement of blower motor fully covered under manufacturers and our labor warranty - cycled system to check operation - everything runs normally again!

Found emergency drain pan full of water. Found drain trap full of gunk. Brushed out drain trap. Vacuumed out drain line removed water from emergency drain pan. Also found screws had fallen out of the blower door section. This could’ve caused the coil to ice up, but it was definitely drain blockage that caused the water issue

Found drain clogged and drain pan full of water - removed water from pan and cycled system to check operation

Found first floor heat pump not working. Found capacitor to be bad causing the compressor to draw higher amps and possibly pop the breaker. Replace the capacitor no other issues found check temperature difference have an 18° temperature difference. Everything is working fine.

Found humidistat had gotten nudged when working on system causing blower to call to be on, turned humidistat back off any system blower shut off - cycled system several times to make sure system blower cuts off when no call for cooling. Everything runs normally again!
