Condenser fan motor bearing sounds like it is starting to fail. Recommended replacement of condenser fan motor - checked fan motor blade to make sure it will come loose from shaft. Will call with pricing and availability.

Found unit has a drip behind the lower left inducer mounting screw, recommend changing gasket behind the inducer motor to alleviate water dripping issue. Heat pump noise caused by defrost. Will call with pricing and availability of inducer motor gasket replacement.

Found carrier zone damper actuator had failed closed causing system to limit out for not moving enough air. Recommend replacement of damper actuator. Returned 4/6/26 and replaced zone damper actuator and cycled system to check operation. Everything came back on normally.

Found system operating normally upon arrival believe system could have overheated again after leaving yesterday causing outdoor unit to shutdown. Unit operating at 121 psi suction 255 psi liquid Sh:10 SC:8 Compressor amps 5.4 OFM: 1.2 Delta 18.2 Did not find any issues with system operation at this time.

Found outdoor unit capacitor had failed causing outdoor unit to overheat and shutoff on thermal overload. Cooled unit components and replaced capacitor, cycled to check operation. Everything runs normally again!

Found flex, going to back room addition to have been ripped open by an animal. I went to the 2 boots in the room that weren't getting any air. I found one of them inside liner ripped up the second one. I had a big ball of insulation in period both flex runs need to be rerun. More than likely, we are going to have to chip out the brickwork to run the new flex.As there is no access. Also found plumbing pipe leaking sewage onto the plastic. That's what have to be fixed. And new plastic put down before we do this work.

Found furnace condensate trap failed again. Recommend replacement of unit trap and cutting back outdoor condensate line to help prevent freezing + addition of coupling to rework condensate drain line. Returned 2/7 replaced furnace internal drain trap and reattached condensate line. Tested system operation. Everything came back on and cycles normally again!
