Customer states system was not keeping up this morning and failed to recover from nightly set back. Checked operation of heat pump and furnace. Both systems operate normally. Took a look at thermostat faults and furnace fault history and did not note any faults over the past month. Believe system thermostat wasn't allowing furnace heat to come on due to lock out settings. Adjusted lock out temperatures and adjusted heating droop to help system run more consistently. Everything looks and runs great!

Could not hear any noise as many split was running it’s possible because it was in heat mode that the defrost cycle was running making noise however, if you hear the noise again or it stays steady, give us a call. We’ll come back and take a look.

Could not do start up due underground electrical wire being shorted to neutral. Electricians gonna have to run a new high voltage wire to the panel inside the garage. However, we wired the outdoor unit and put a surge protector on it. Both outbuilding and garage are ready for start up once the power is corrected.

Found system thermostat set to O/B on cool - remedied issue outdoor unit works normally again - found indoor blower not coming on - recommend replacement of indoor blower motor board. Will call with pricing and availability. Also wants a quote on surge protection

Performed repair of blower motor control board and installation of outdoor surge protector. After completing repair and installation found system blower motor receiving full voltage from board 240v and 24v but blower motor not coming on. This indicates a failure of the blower motor. Recommend replacement of blower motor also.
