Found evaporator coil leak on Bosch heat pump system causing unit not to operate correctly. Recommend replacement of evaporator coil. Will call with availability of warranty coil. Added7 pounds of 410 a. 110/224. 14sh. 10sc. 22° temperature difference

Moved emergency drain pan float switch from outside of the drain pan to inside of the drain pan added picture to the app

Found fuse blown. Replaced fuse. Found thermostat to be bad. Must replace prestige thermostat. Install the temporary thermostat. Until we can replace the one that burnt up.

Thermostat reading 77°. Return 2 feet under thermostat reading 72°. Place my thermometer on thermostat thermostat reading 74°. Was informed that outdoor unit was running yesterday and blower was not running. More than likely caused the coil to ice up, then causing condensation all over the outside of the unit. While the unit first started up blower came on ran for about four minutes, cycled off and then started back up about a minute later. This should continuously run and not shut off. Tested relay and power from thermostat. Blower motor is getting 24 V to to turn on the blower motor yet it shut off. Blower motor also has 240 V. Blower motor should be replaced. Or ordering a new blower motor we should be back out Wednesday after 3 o’clock

Couldn’t find anything wrong check caps pump and wiring. Also checked refrigerant 84/274. Sh49 sc 1 Added 5 pounds of refrigerant. Will come back out in the spring time and do a tuneup and check the refrigerant levels to make sure that there’s no leak as we’ve never worked on this system and we’re not sure if it was charged properly. 122/318 sh20 sc15. Carrier is looking for 17sc 17° temperature difference 66% relative humidity in the house

Thermostat alerted that emergency drain panel is full of water. Check the SS to no signs of water in it check the condensate pump had about a quarter inch of water in it. Everything is working fine. If this happens again, we should change the SS to a reprogram the module so it doesn’t say that they come and say is full. Previous calls and installs I’ve had issues with both.

Found system drain had a clog in it as well as cleaned indoor filters - removed clog - everything should work normally again.

Performed cooling tune up service on both systems checking all electrical components, refrigerant balance, unit start up, operation, shutdown, cleaning of indoor and outdoor units, treatment of drains. Found downstairs thermostat that controls whole home dehumidifier needed to be reset and now dehumidifier comes on normally.

Trap behind dehumidifier was restricted. Vacuumed and flushed. Added detergent to keep cleaning the algae out checked operation. Okay now.

Water leaking from well mate system recommended a plumber to fix this issue.

Replacement of blower motor and wheel and cycling of system to check operation.

Found outdoor unit capacitor had gone flat causing outdoor unit to kick out on thermal lock out - replaced capacitor and cycled system to check operation - after compressor cooled everything came back on normally.

Vacuumed out drains and checked operation. Main unit is l leaking from the drain pan. System is 24 years old and tje drain pan is not available. System will need to be replaced to stop leaking.

Replacement of indoor evaporator coil - performed system evaporator coil according to manufacturers specifications and best practices. Everything runs normally again!

Found thermostat temperature is within half a degree of actual temperature measurement. Removed shields from supply vents l, cycled system, believe grow lights around corner are warming air in home and causing thermostat to misread temps in home. Believe removal of supply vent shields should allow air to mix and circulate better in the home.

Found system drain pan has a crack in it will call with pricing and availability of drain pan. Flushed drain line adjusted pan to hopefully angle it towards the drain more. Recommend replacement of ez trap float switch and ss2 float switch as well does not seem to cut off R wire.

Found system board in low pressure lock out - reset system and waited for time delay cycle. After unit came on checked all electrical components including low pressure switch and refrigerant balance on system. System operates within normal parameters but added 2 oz r410a to adjust subcooling to the target 9 subcooling from 7.5° - cycled unit on and off several times to check operation of unit - replaced customer provided thermostat batteries and waited for unit to cycle on again. Recommend if unit fails this way again to replace outdoor unit board.
