Serviced a geothermal heat pump system that was showing a low pressure fault. Found a minor leak at a loop fitting. Repaired the fitting, then performed a full loop flush and recharge with new antifreeze solution. The geothermal system is now holding pressure and operating at peak efficiency.

Customer reported no heat from their gas furnace. Performed diagnostic and found a failed hot surface ignitor. Completed furnace repair by replacing the ignitor assembly. Customer also approved a full-system duct cleaning to improve airflow and reduce dust. Furnace now heats properly and air quality is improved.

Found contactor welded shut - replaced contactor and cycled syste to check operation

Found Mitsubishi unit operating normally - took out of emergency operation mode - performed check of communications and thermisters - found system attempts to overshoot in auto mode but functions normally in heat only. Recommended watch it for a couple days and report back when we return for our tune up service.

Found compressor bad drawing locked rotor amps 100 amps + and kicking out - tried hard start kit which brought compressor on ranging at 20-25 amps which far exceeds FLA of compressor recommended replacement of system - will call with pricing and availability of replacement compressor - set up estimate for Friday at 10 am to price replacing the system.

Delta T of 19 in HP mode. 45 in emergency heat. Checked burners. Brushed out trap. Put algae tablets in condensate pump. Changed filter. Ran combustion analysis. CO 8 ppm, O2 9.1 %, Tstac 99 F. Coil is clean. Tested all dampers. System is functioning normally.

Found common wire had come apart in indoor u it separating t Stat indoor unit and outdoor unit not allowing system to cycle on when calling. Redid the wiring on the common wire and checked connections of all other low voltage fittings. Everything operates normally again. If issue persists don't hesitate to give a call.

Found system stuck saying it was calling for cooling but not supplying 24v to unit. Performed a hard power cycle on both indoor and outdoor unit circuit breakers and cycled system to check operation. Everything came on normally. Cycled 3 times from thermostat to insure systems continued operation.

COLEMAN HEAT PUMP - Found condensate pump had failed replaced condensate pump and cycled to check operation

Blower fault. New blower and board ordered. Advanced diagnostic lvl 1.

System was low on 410a. Charged system to manufactures specs.. tested temps. No other issues found.

Delta T of 18-22 on both units. Subcool of 11, superheat of 13 on Bosch. Homeowner mentioned rattling at AC condenser; turned out to be plastic fan cover on top of unit. Filter needs to be replaced. Filters clean in Mitsubishi power head. Treated all coils with coil cleaner. Systems are functioning normally.

Discovered condenser motor failing. Swapped out old condenser fan motor for new one. System is functioning normally now.

Spring tune up. Found bad capacitor . Found some oxidation on blower board but seem like no issue right now
