Replaced compressor, hard start capacitor, contactor. All terminals on compressor wire connections were burnt the plug that we got wouldn’t work for this so we have to look into how to get this compressor connected. We’re gonna have to talk to Goodman about it. Added 8 pounds of 410 a refrigerant.<br><br>Returned 9/12/26 with correct compressor wiring kit - wired system per manufacturer instructions - cycled system to check operation. Added 8 oz r410a to achieve required 8° subcooling. Everything runs normally again!

Found system drain had clogged - removed clog and cycled system to check operation. Everything looks and runs great!

Found system low on 410a. Performed leak search added refrigerant to manufacture specs Found two leaks on copper connections at evaporator coil. Pump down refrigerant removed leaking fittings braised in new fittings pulled vacuum started system and tested operation. System is immediately tripping the breaker. When I was here last The compressor had a hard time starting. We had replaced a hard start kit. System is almost 20 years old and should be replaced.

Found outdoor unit had a fault code of E 96. According to the manual, this means low on refrigerant. Cycled power off let’s sit for five minutes. Cycled power back on fault disappeared system started cooling. Put my gauges on I didn’t see anything wrong as far as the refrigerator goes. You need to find a company that will work on a pioneer mini split as my company does not work on these offbrand units. No charge for today

Performed AC maintenance tune up service on Water Furnace Geothermal system checking all electrical components, refrigerant balance, unit start up, operation, shutdown, additional servicing of ERV and 2 dehumidifiers.

Replaced condition pump and repiped the drain line

Replace battery’s in outdoor sensor

Added clean out at p trap. Capped 2 tees to prevent air getting sucked back in to air handler. Cleaned slim out of drain pan and tested drain. No other issues found

Hard start kit with the top popped off of it. Installed new kick starter hard start kit. Checked capacitor. When put in the service disconnect compressor drew 90a. Which is locked rotor amps. Did this two more times. Check the spade connections on the hard start to verify they were making good connection. Put service disconnect back in first attempt to lock rotor amps. Second attempt got the compressor started. There’s not much more we can do as far as getting the compressor started. My opinion is that this is gonna happen again and your compressor is gonna fail and not start.

Found system operating normally in first and second stage but air filter is due to be changed - recommend replacing filter and system will continue to operate normally.

remove supply from dehumidifier to the furnace return and tap it into the supply plenum. Then tap return for the dehumidifier into the return on the furnace.

Found system compressor bad on start winding - recommend replacement of compressor - 3/8 biflow drier - start kit with potential relay - contactor - run capacitor - compressor terminal block if not included with compressor.

Replacement of condenser fan motor under manufacturer's warranty. Replaced motor and cycled system to check operation. Everything runs normally again!

Found water in the SS2 float switch. Clean trap no debris was found in trap nor was there water found. This led me to believe that in the crawlspace the drain pipe had another trap. Vacuumed out drain line and poured water into the trap. Went into crawlspace, found where the pipe had a big bow in it, put a strap on it. Everything started draining as normal.

Found second floor system to be low on 410 a refrigerant. SH 48 SC 1. Charge to manufacture specs. Sh14 Sc 10 Found pvc tee on first floor system to be broken and causing water to drip into emergency drain pan.
