Tested condensation pump. Checked capacitor, hard start capacitor check refrigerant charge clear trap added LG tabs to the condensate pump. Checked amps couldn’t find anything that would cause the outdoor unit not to come on besides the Duke energy box next to the equipment. Also was informed that the board in the air handler was malfunctioning, causing the blower to stay on. I’m just wondering if it’s that board that’s cause the outdoor unit to not to come on yesterday. However, there was no issues. Sh-14 SC-8.
Furnish materials and labor to replace OEM condenser coil. Pump down refrigerant, replace condenser coil and filter drier. Leak search repair site. Evacuate system and refrigerant balance to manufacturing specifications. Condenser coil is covered under manufacturer's warranty until 03/08/2029. One (1) year labor warranty on repair. Cameron told me when he’d be arriving, explained what services he’d be performing, and after he did the work explained what results he shared.
System float triggered due to system drain being slow and air filter causing an airflow restriction. Cleared drain and replaced customer provided filter. Cycled system to check operation. Everything runs normally again!
System had two separate issues the first being low air flow due to system filter being ready to be changed caused system to freeze up and stop airflow, as system halted, system drain was slow enough to trigger the float switch to keep unit off. Remedied drain issue and ensured full flow from drain. After system defrosted cycled to check operation. Everything runs normally again!

Dehumidifier was at 68% set to 50% not running no fault codes. Pulled the cord from the outlet cycled power started and tested. No fault codes compressor came on after sampling. Check humidity on outlet was at 22%.

Inspected gas line for stove all the way through to the basement to check for gas leaks and inspected the integrity of gas whip connector.
New 2 flash error code appeared indicating a thermistor fault - found system thermistor had fallen out of its seat reseated thermistor and checked thermistor readings - found thermistor to be about 4 degrees off from coil temperature that may skew even further as the temperatures change causing unit to fail on thermistor fault. Recommend replacement of thermistor. Will follow up with pricing and availability of thermistor.
Found drain plugged. Vacuumed out drain and checked operation.

Single flash error code indicates a miscommunication between indoor and outdoor units. Performed a hard reset on outdoor unit and allowed unit to cycle on normally. Checked system refrigerant balance and operation - everything operating within manufacturer's specifications and no change from previous call's refrigerant levels. Recommended to keep an eye on system for awhile and report back if not meeting expectations.

Had excellent communication before during and after the service inspection. Was able to communicate the procedures to be undertaken, and walk through the problem-solving. Ultimately, we arrived a fix, and then a future plan to ensure our house is checked on annual basis. Very happy with this to save money.
System has a 1° temperature difference. Compressor is running fans are running. Ran for about five minutes and then the compressor shut off because it got too hot. Need to add refrigerant and do a leak search. Add a 2 1/2 pounds of 410 a refrigerant. Disassembled outdoor unit performed leak search didn’t get any hits on a leak. Disassembled indoor unit performed leak search didn’t get any hits on a leak. It’s possible that this is a very small leak an overtime. It will get bigger and we can locate it. As of now, temperature difference is 28° between return and supply, which is normal for the system.

Found system compressor not coming on due to capacitor being out of range - replaced compressor start capacitor and cycled to check operation - everything came back on normally and runs within manufacturer's specifications.
Found blower motor trying to start and stop. Unit is iced up. Pool service disconnect on outdoor unit to prevent more icing blower motor needs to be replaced.
