Found compressor drawing 8.2 A it’s very high for this unit. Compressor sounds like somethings wobbling inside of it not a normal sound. Fan motor is burnt up would need to be replaced. System is from 2007 and utilizes r22. Air handler sounds like something shorting out when the power is on. Recommend replacement of system

Performed heating maintenance tune up service on heat pump systems checking all electrical components and refrigerant balance, start up operation, shutdown, cleaning of indoor and outdoor units and treatment of drains.

Found system fully operational and electrical draws within manufacturer's specifications. Cycled unit in both heating and defrost modes to check for excessive noise. Did not discover any other issues at this time with the heat pump system. Could not access inside the apartment to check thermostat both doors locked but cycled system operation by forcing R G Y wires together at the air handler in the crawlspace.

Found power switch to boiler in the off position switch to on position boiler started up. Let it run for it to get real hot no issues. Replace the pressuretrol tank.

Infinity control fan mode was set to low. I reprogrammed it said it to auto. Verified through equipment status that it was off waiting for a heating call. Explain the thermostat and where to adjust these functions on the infinity control. If for some reason, the thermostat shifts out of auto by itself give us a call. We may have to replace the control.

Required replacement of expansion tank recommend filtrol 30 straight. Flushed boiler and added antifreeze to system. Checked system operation. Will quote replacement of expansion valve.
