Found Schrader core on high pressure side had started to leak replaced Schrader core and added 2 lbs r410a to system and cycled to check operation. Everything runs normally again.

Furnace is cycling off on high limit. This is an R 22 system in order to get to the coil. We wouldhave to cut a 2 inch pipe and the drain pipe to get the door off and possibly get to the coil. tested heat pump operation. No issues found there. I would start considering replacing your system as it is well over 20 years

Upstairs Bosch unit: delta T of 33F. Suction line temp 140F with an outdoor ambient of 62F. Indoor 63F. Heat kit working. Checked aux pan for water. Brushed out drain trap. Tested aux pan switch and SS2. System is functioning normally Downstairs Bosch: 10 ppm CO, 11% O2. Filter will need to be changed. Burners are clean. Inspected blower and inducer. Gas valve falls to 0 ppm on shutdown. Tested condensate pump. System set to 40 degree lockout for back up heat. System is functioning normally.

CO 6 ppm, O2 8.7. Found mice in furnace. Removed mice and bedding. Repaired torn insulation on copper line. Taped sun damaged two-wire outside. Treated outdoor coil with cleaner. Brushed burners. Tested gas valve. System is functioning normally.

Main floor furnace: Tstac 103 F, CO 7 ppm, 9.6 O2. Changed filter. Checked condensate pump. Burners clean. Inducer fan clean. Checked dampers and purge cycle. System is functioning normally. Upstairs furnace: Tstac 128, CO 4 ppm, O2 was 14% before gas valve adjustment and 9.8 after. Changed filter, checked burners, and checked blower. Inducer working correctly. Checked dampers and condensate line. System is functioning normally.

T9 t stat upstairs not coming on. T stat wires are good and feeding 27 v to T stat. Swapped T stats and new one came on. It is my opinion that the T9 is bad and should be replaced. System came on fine, damper board also fine when using another T stat.

Installed T6 2 heat 1 cool thermostat.

Clogged filter. System neglected by previous tenants. Replaced filter. Pulled water from aux pan and blew out drain lines. Cleaned out condensate pump. Rewired condensate pump and aux float because it was originally wired wrong. Water was caused by completely clogged lines and filter. System is functioning normally now.

Performed 2 AC ultimate cooling tune ups checking all electrical components, refrigerant balance, cleaning of indoor and outdoor coils, cleaning of drains, replacement of filters, cycling system checking unit start up, operation, and shut down. Did not find any issues with system today. Everything looks and runs great!

Replaced thermostat with white Rodgers EZ read thermostat rewired Y to thermostat on brown and G to thermostat on orange. Cycled unit to check operation.

Found system low on refrigerant superheat for 60 subcool was one delta T was 4° . I recommended replacing the coil or the system but was informed by the homeowner to charge the system. And hopefully make it through one more year Added 4lbs

Found pump#3 making noise. Also that zone seems to be air bound and needs to be force bled . We will need to add some parts to make bleeding air possible.
