Checked blower wheel and coils for dust and damage. No signs of over amping from blower motor or outdoor condenser fan motor. Outdoor capacitor is good. System is functioning normally.

Used paint brush and wire brush to carefully remove clumps of dust from the EVAP coil. Filter has been changed. Tested pan float switch. No signs of over amping, refrigerant loss, or drain clogs. Power has been restored to the unit and the system is functioning normally.

Treated outdoor coil with cleaner and cleaned with hose. Patched test hole in ductwork. Checked for leaks on new gas valve. System is functioning normally.

ULTIMATE COOLING AC TUNE UP - BOSCH 21 degree delta T. Subcool 10 superheat 14. Changed filter in crawlspace unit. Suction 120 psig, liquid 280 psig. Brushed out drain trap. Crawlspace is dry with no signs of leakage. Blower clean. Replaced stock valve caps with brass caps to prevent refrigerant leaks from Schrader. Treated outdoor coil with cleaner. System is functioning normally. Homeowner never received heating tune up in winter after paying for 1 year plan on heat pump system. Renewal will be during the winter/fall visit.

2 spring tuneups. No issues found everything is running well..Dripping sound Mitsubishi unit is transmitted through all the drain pipes from the main air handler once the drain trap on the air handler has water in it you know longer hear the dripping sound.
